Important information about the use of My99Exch, its content and its interactive tools.
General information
The information provided on my99exchs.site is for general information and entertainment purposes only. While we strive to keep everything accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability or availability of the website or the information, products and services on it.
No guarantee of outcomes
Betting and gaming involve financial risk. Nothing on this website is a promise or guarantee of winnings. Odds, statistics and any predictions are for reference only and outcomes are inherently uncertain. Past results do not indicate future performance. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.
Interactive tools are educational
Our My Portfolio Tracker, 99 Seconds Quiz and Custom Bet Builder are provided purely for education and entertainment. They use sample data, illustrative fixtures and hypothetical odds. They do not place real bets, do not reflect live markets, and their calculations are simplified simulations. Do not treat their output as financial or betting advice.
Not financial or professional advice
Content on this site does not constitute financial, investment, legal or professional advice. You should make your own decisions and, where appropriate, seek independent advice before betting.
Age & legal responsibility
This website is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Online betting may be restricted or illegal in some jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to check and comply with the laws that apply where you live before using our services. We accept no liability for use of the Service where it is prohibited.
External links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We have no control over the content, policies or practices of those sites and accept no responsibility for them. Including a link does not imply endorsement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My99Exch and its team will not be liable for any loss or damage — including without limitation indirect or consequential loss, or any loss arising from betting activity — connected with the use of, or inability to use, this website. By using the site you accept these limitations.
